The service
AI Tax Connect helps you describe a tax or accounting need and connects you with registered accountants and tax experts who may be able to help. The AI assistant gathers information; it does not give tax advice, do the work or set prices.
Accountants are independent
Each accountant is an independent professional. Their price range, quote and engagement letter are their own, and your agreement for the work is with them. We check accountants' designations before they receive requests, but we do not supervise their work.
Payment
You pay your accountant directly. AI Tax Connect never takes or holds your money. Accountants pay AI Tax Connect a referral fee of 15% of their final fee for jobs they complete through the service, under the agreement they sign when they join.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
- Give accurate information, and only upload documents you are entitled to share.
- Contact details stay inside AI Tax Connect for the whole engagement; please don't try to exchange them.
Changes
These terms are a draft and may change before AI Tax Connect opens to the public. We will tell you about important changes in the app.
